If it is your first time

A few things worth knowing before you come

Give yourself ninety minutes

A first visit is a full consultation and treatment in one appointment. Follow-ups run sixty minutes. Everything is by appointment, so you will be seen at your time rather than sitting in a waiting room.

Bring your card, eat something

Insurance card and photo ID. Wear something loose if you can — we also keep gowns. And have a light meal beforehand rather than arriving on an empty stomach.

Questions before you arrive

The phone is fastest, especially for an accident injury or anything time-sensitive. Insurance questions are worth sending ahead — we verify your acupuncture benefit before your first visit, which takes a day and costs nothing.
